I ordered a grilled cheeseburger but was disappointed to find it only had half a slice of cheese. When I brought it to the manager's attention, she showed me two small bits of cheese, insisting that this was the appropriate amount. She claimed that the grilled cheeseburger looked different at this restaurant compared to how it appears online, which was clearly not the case. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would suggest steering clear of this place, particularly given that the prices are comparable to other burger restaurants.
I ordered curly fries, but received regular fries instead. When I went back to address the issue, they informed me that I would need to pay extra for the curly fries, despite having specifically requested them when I placed my order. It was clearly their mistake. Additionally, when I asked for my receipt, they refused to provide it. I would like a refund. Every time I visit this location, my order is consistently wrong, and the customer service is awful.
I recently spent three days at this restaurant without any soft drinks, as only bottled beverages were offered. I was taken aback by the problems with the ice machine, especially since there’s an ARCO gas station right next door. Even if the ice machine wasn’t the root of the issue, it was disappointing that it took three days to fix.
They threw my burger together like it was garbage. They gave me a knife to eat my salad with. I was the only car in the drive thru so it’s not like they were slammed. I just tried to call and it’s a cell phone with voicemail that hasn’t been set up yet…? Sketchy! I guess I’ll have to contact corporate directly.

The service was quite disappointing due to the fact that one person was managing both the drive-thru and the register. A large chain like McDonald's would never run things this way, which is part of the reason they're consistently busy.
The service is consistently prompt, and the food is always fresh, not just left out all day. Kid-friendly: It's a pleasant place with no issues inside. Wheelchair accessibility: There's easy access in and out.
I believe there are too few staff members at the restaurant, which leads to delays in service.
I typically order from the value menu, which offers the best deal in town for a quick meal.

Stopped in late on Sunday night...the burger and fries were tasty!!
I must say, the sausage breakfast bag is absolutely delicious.
