Overall, my experience has been positive, and some of the staff are very friendly. However, I've faced an issue with their opening hours. The sign indicates that they open at 6 AM, but on several occasions, I've arrived at 6:30 only to find the doors still closed. I've waited to see if someone would let me in, but often I'm either ignored or told to wait another five minutes. It's frustrating that they promote a 6 AM opening time when they don't consistently follow it.
The manager at this location is terrible. She typically works the drive-thru register wearing a pink shirt and a gray mask. She never gives out condiments and often walks away to assist dine-in customers. You have to shout "hello!" and honk your horn to get her attention, but she often ignores you. You just have to wait for someone else to notice you and help, which is really frustrating and unprofessional.
I've observed that the delivery options from this location have been quite limited for a while now. For example, there are no burger or chicken sandwich combos offered on the third-party apps. In contrast, a nearby location just a few miles away has their entire menu updated and available. I would be happy to update my review if they could refresh their menu on Uber Eats, Postmates, and similar platforms.
I often meet my friends at this restaurant, and it is undoubtedly the best place for a delightful dinner. I visit regularly because the food is excellent, the staff is welcoming, and the prices are fair. I always look forward to enjoying a satisfying meal here. Reserva una mesa ahora
Excellent fast-food restaurant offering a wide variety of burgers, refreshing drinks, and ice cream. The bright signage, spacious interior, friendly staff, and quick service make for a great experience. Prices are reasonable, and the food is consistently tasty.
This is my favorite restaurant. I explore many places, but I come here more than anywhere else. The staff is incredibly accommodating, and the food is absolutely delicious. I always take the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic meal here. I highly recommend it!
