I went through the drive thru and the lady who took my order made a mistake on my order. Instead of offering to fix it she had a attitude and said well you want to keep it youpaid for it. I'm like so what now I have to pay twice. Then she says go to the front. This Jack-in-the-Box is a fairly standard chain. They got my order correct, including the extra mayonnaise on my burger. The service wasn't overly friendly, but that's expected with fast food. I suggest this spot for anyone seeking a quick bite near Kaiser Ontario Vineyard.

During the day, this restaurant is enjoyable to visit. However, at night, it appears closed and the drive-thru menu is difficult to read since the menu lights are turned off. The restaurant is so dark that it makes me feel unsafe.

The drive-thru at this restaurant is incredibly slow. There were only three people ahead of me, but it still took 20 minutes to get through. I could have made breakfast myself in that amount of time.

This location (for lack of a better word) Sucks. They’re always closed by 1030 maybe sometimes sooner. How is it open late if they close before McDonolds.
