Here’s what I really like about Jack in the Box: First, they serve breakfast all day, and their breakfast menu is pretty good with a nice variety to choose from, including tasty hash browns and good coffee. Second, they’re open late, if not 24 hours, which is very convenient. The food is reasonably priced, and it’s even better if you use their app for deals. Third, they frequently introduce new items and specials, so the menu never gets boring. That said, there are two past items I wish they would bring back: the nachos from the late '80s and early '90s—they were absolutely delicious—and the sliders they offered about five or six years ago.
Two stars, mainly to acknowledge the hard work of the kitchen staff. Unfortunately, the cashier was very rude right from the start. When I asked politely for two straws as there was a line, she snapped at me to "grab them myself," forcing me to squeeze past other customers and reach over the counter. If the straws are kept behind the counter and customers are blocked by a crowd, shouldn’t the employees be more helpful and friendly by handing them out? Alternatively, place the straws where customers can easily access them. Also, the soda was very flat.
I usually don't have problems at this location, but on this occasion, as well as once before, my card wouldn't go through. At other restaurants I've visited, staff have manually entered my card information to complete my transaction, but it seems the new employees here didn't think to check with their manager for help. I've had to get my card replaced since then, and I won't be coming back to this specific Jack in the Box. I left without any food and feeling very hungry.

Jack in the Box, a popular fast food chain, certainly earns its reputation. The food is really tasty, and while the calorie counts might make you think twice, the value for your money is excellent. Whether you’re in the mood for tacos, salads, or burgers, you can expect a satisfying meal here. The fries are usually seasoned perfectly, and the burgers come hot, juicy, and full of flavor.

The fried chicken sandwich is amazing, especially if you enjoy that style. I'm a big fan of the sauce they include!
