I love ordering thru the app. I have made mistakes by placing order at wrong Jack-in-the Box and they were so kind in making my order, because the one I placed it at didn't answer or the call wouldn't go thru. They are really considering of customers' mistakes. I since then tried to only place order at this Jack-in-the Box in Alamo, TXParking: They also have drive-thru mobile order pick upWheelchair accessibility: Available
The drive-thru experience was terrible. I waited over 40 minutes and couldn't leave the line because there were three cars behind me and three in front. Meanwhile, the dining area was not busy at all, and I saw four to five employees just hanging out behind the counter. I don't know if there was only one cook, but those employees could have helped out. I will never return to this location!
Super slow literally took 16min to get an order and they make you park in curbside cause they know they going to take forever! Never going on a Friday again!! Told manager he needs more staff or at least people that work all I saw was kid workers flirting around with each other like come-on and do your job.
I just spend 7 dollars for a jumbo jack and a small drink. The drink was flat and the burger had so much ketchup it was like they were giving to them for free. Not good waste of my hard earned money. Reserva una mesa ahora
Closes before 4am, no cooks or cashier's at 6am.... nobody wants to work. This store needs an evaluation as to why they open at such times. And why their employees can't operate at important times.
Very slow and got the wrong order. Also the times I’ve gone inside there’s loud music with foul language playing from the back. Don’t think I’ll be going back.
Literally awful they didn?t even give me enough frijoles in my tacos and they add too much lechuga this is unfair and yess
