First of all this place has forgotten multiple items over the years I’ve been coming here, but it’s a fast Job and accidents happen. I’ve never complained and have always came back.However, Yesterday on 2/20 at exactly noon I was in the drive through and sat there long enough for an entire line to accumulate behind me, no one greeted me at the box or responded when I tried to speak for several minutes so I thought the speaker box was broken. I proceeded to pull up to the window due to no one acknowledging me for several minutes and asked if I could please order at the window and the small, older Hispanic lady with Grey hair just slammed the window and walked away. Super rude, really unprofes...

I parked and noticed there were no cars outside. I went in to eat and when I came out, there were three more cars parked outside. I suggest the restaurant have at least one employee car parked out front to show that they are open, as people seem to be drawn in by the sight of vehicles. I enjoyed the meat lovers breakfast burrito, but I found the prices to be a bit high. On the upside, Jack's onion rings are the best I've had, surpassing all other fast food joints.

This Jack In The Box location in Ventura County is considered one of the best. Although the interior is on the smaller side, the excellent service more than makes up for it. The staff is friendly and the establishment is very clean. The food is cooked and prepared well, making it a favorite spot in Moorpark.

I was pleasantly surprised on this chilly night when my food arrived still warm! The driver had a friendly smile, which I appreciated. I was also impressed that all of my sauces were included - a first for any fast food delivery I've ever received! Reserva una mesa ahora

I made a mistake and forgot to ask for no lettuce on my order. Hot lettuce is not appetizing at all. Everything else about the meal was good.

Do not expect your sauce choices to be accurate when ordering from a fast food restaurant. They will always be incorrect.
