I had a very disappointing experience at Jack in the Box. While my order was accurate, the quality of the food was unacceptable. My burger was missing cheese, both the burger and tacos were cold, and despite there being no other customers inside or in the drive-thru, it took a long time to get my food. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this location. However, I usually enjoy Jack in the Box.
The wait times tend to be lengthy. Make sure to carefully check your order because I’ve encountered problems multiple times. For example, I once ordered a regular iced coffee that was just right, but this time it was way too sweet. They played Latin music, which adds to the ambiance, but they definitely need to prioritize accuracy with orders.
The service was very disappointing. The drive-thru attendant argued with me when I specifically asked for an orange soda and insisted on giving me orange juice instead. It's much better to fulfill customers' requests rather than engage in debates about their orders.
I must say that Jack in the Box has the best French toast sticks around. During our last visit, they were out of stock and weren’t serving them. Was that just a temporary issue? If that’s the case, they definitely need to bring them back! Reserva una mesa ahora
The drive-thru took more than 20 minutes at 7:45 AM. It seemed they were short-staffed, possibly with just two employees, and the fryers weren’t ready. On the bright side, the woman at the window was very friendly.
This is one of the best Jack in the Box locations I've ever visited. The staff are incredibly friendly, and I appreciate that the team is made up of Latinos. Keep up the great work, everyone!
Consider this: if I’m not craving Jack in the Box for a late-night bite, then something must be off. Seriously, indulge in a Breakfast Jack. You’ve earned it! Go ahead and treat yourself!
