The worst I don’t know if it’s because these employees got the education of a six grader or the listening skills of an elderly person but tell me how they as employees over and over again seem to f up a simple order like jumbo jack with cheese (no onions no mayo)3x times and 2 taco (NO SAUSE) 3x times and still mess up this the last time I will be going to this location (bell gardens, ca) EVER.I get home food ruined and try to call just to get voicemail makes me even more infuriated.now am hungry and out of 14 dollars am surprised they got my drink right Completely incompetent crew from cashier to manager no excuse worst experience I don’t want apology I want what I paid for sorry whom ever...

this place has been the worst Jacks-Iive ever! they have been complaining to the order correctly, but giving me all the wrong things. I asked for healing pommes, they gave me regularly. I ordered 2 sets of tacos and didn't get them. I asked for 5 ranches they gave me. they asked for more that they gave me two. their attitude towards customers is unacceptable! I can't recommend it here! go somewhere else!

Honestly I wish I knew the lady who helped at the windows because my receipt says Daniel but someone else took my order and gave me my order. FIRST time I can actually say SERVICE was amazing very very nice and attentive No attitude , very friendly my food was good my fries were freshly made.

I have never been to a fast food restaurant where they immediately fix a mistake in my order. The manager and drive-thru attendant, both male, did an excellent job tonight at 9:00 p.m. on 08/17/24. They truly impressed me and I am very grateful for their prompt service. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the guy named Jonathan in the drive-thru was friendly and provided excellent service, especially considering it was late at night. He definitely deserves a raise!

The night shift workers have a bad attitude and don't give complete orders and when you tell them that it's fast, they bother you and take a while to complete the order. I think that's why they don't have clients at night.

was here at 1:30am at the drive thru and the lady said she was closed when i checked online beforehand it say it closes at 2am
