I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother as she was the one who ordered the food but her experience filled her up with joy. She forgot her purse at home and she only had enough for 2 burgers and 4 tacos. She had some change and she asked the young Hispanic male at the cashier around 11:15ish at 9/19/22, how much for a soda. He ended up giving it to her for free and my mothers face when she told me this story was unbelievably happy. Bless your heart son!
This was a terrible experience. It's the second time I've had a bad experience at this place. They served me popcorn chicken that was as hard as rocks. They forgot my chicken nuggets, my straws, and didn't give me a receipt. When I asked for the receipt inside the store, they kept saying they had packed my chicken nuggets, which wasn't true. I checked twice and they checked as well, but they were very rude about it.
I just wanted to correct the manager name on park-line jack in the box is very dissuasive, I asked what took so long and she answered,IF you don't like it here can You go somewhere else, so I went to dinner and I asked who the manager was and there was a lady eating in dinner and she answered me, I asked her how you treat your customers, again she replied IF she would not go as it was

The person in front of me ordered a shake but when I ordered one after waiting in line for 30 mins they said they weren’t making shakes. Then my husband found a hair in his food. I was definitely not happy with my order. The taco shells were all broken, the cheese wasn’t melted or anything, barely any meat, and my fries were cold. I called them and told them that I was not happy with my order and that they should do it better next time. Jack in the box please get your business straight.
Do not purchase food from this restaurant! I waited in line for 25-30 minutes only to receive some awful tacos that I regretted buying. They were extremely greasy and falling apart, with some missing lettuce. They were disgusting. Save your money and go elsewhere.
When I walked in I knew I came to the right location. I was greeted with cleanliness and a happy hello and how can WE help you. Did care for the ? sprite so I got the Fanta ?. And they knew how to apply the coupons. Reserva una mesa ahora
Bad really bad. I still haven't go back for my milkshake that was forgotten.When I get there hope they don't act like a foul to get my milk shake I pay for.
