The staff at this restaurant were quite inconsiderate. When I requested an extra ranch dressing for my four tacos and a Jr. Bacon Sandwich, I was told I would have to pay for it. I asked how I was supposed to share one ranch among all my food, and the employee simply replied, "Figure it out," which I found rude. Overall, the service was unwelcoming, the food portions were small, and the prices were steep. Additionally, the restrooms were in disarray, and the tables were dirty. I would recommend dining elsewhere.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. A diabetic lady urgently needed to use the restroom, but when we went in, the toilet was clogged. I asked a staff member for help, and he simply told us to "wait." We waited, but the situation didn't improve. The place was also dirty; the tables and windows were in need of cleaning. I won't be returning, and it seems like others don't care either, but I do!
By far the slowest service I went inside I order at 140pm now it's 204 and I still haven't got them my order really slow service and will not come here again it's the only closest jack in the box by house I rather drive and extra 5 miles to get the food somewhere else so not come here there is French fries in the counter dirty
They messed up my order and put cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese I tried calling the place and their voice mail box is full and they did not even give me a receipt that's just great ????

Overall, it was a decent experience, but it didn't quite stand out as exceptional. The customer service was comparable to what you'd expect at any fast food restaurant.
Great spot for the munchies and late night meals. Staff is attentive and very friendly. Check out their taco Tuesday deal!
Those tacos never disappoint I love them and there shakes are the best I've ever had.
Overall ok Service at the drive-thru.
