Jack In The Box

Been here 3 times over the last couple of months. Today I waited for almost 5 minutes and no one came to the register to take my order so I left. The time before the cashier was just plain old rude. Prior to that I tried to order a burger with a lettuce wrap but came with the bun.Very tired of their poor service and have plenty of options around. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location.

When did it become such an issue for a manager to provide three sauces for an order? I ordered two sandwiches. I asked for three ranch dressing. The manager rudely told me that I can only have one and that I would be charge for each additional. Seriously. I asked for a reason and she just became dismissive. Did the price of ranch go up that much?

Always friendly. Most of the time they get the order exactly right, which is a modern miracle vs door dash and half the other places we order take out/drive thru from.Why did you take the mozzarella sticks off the menu???They were my family’s favorite mozzarella sticks above all but the most authentic Italian restaurants!!

I order online and received cinnamon rolls not nuggets which I ordered nuggets I called and called and no answer
