I found the bread to be hard and stale, and the turkey was unappetizing. I've ordered from here many times before, always enjoying fresh bread and high-quality ingredients, so I hope this was just a one-time issue. Perhaps it’s due to the winter season? Additionally, I ordered a cookie but received a brownie instead. Unfortunately, the brownie was hard and not fresh. I'm quite disappointed, especially since I spent $20 on my sandwich. It feels overpriced for what I received.

The sandwiches here are fantastic! I always order the #7 Turkey and Provolone with added bacon, and it is absolutely incredible! I love it so much that I wish I could have it every day. It's simply delicious!
