Jack In The Box - Reserva de mesa

This is the second time we’ve come to this Jack in the Box. The first time was a night visit around 10:30pm when the hours were still posted as a 24 location. The store lights were on as was the menu board. After sitting at the speaker for a few minutes we realized they were actually closed. Our visit today was at lunch. I fortunately placed a mobile order. When we pulled up to the speaker box we sat there forever and my husband finally said “hello”. A man came over the speaker and said they were only accepting mobile orders. We told him that’s what we had… but how long would we have sat there if he hadn’t said anything? at 21 o'clock I went to the lobby at the westinghouse blvd to place an order. Girl behind the theke was to do on her phone to play to realize that I in. When I reached the counter, I was told that I couldn't be in the lobby and that I had to go. when I asked why when the doors were unlocked and no sign that the lobby was closed during business hours, she threatened to call the police on me. I drive halfway and had a delivery next door, so it couldn't go through. it was just said that they should go or call the police and that I could not get any food from them. what kind of place refuses customers so they can play on their phones?

Arrived at 8:48 AM for dine in (sign says dine in open at 6 AM), and all doors were locked. The manager then proceeded to open the door and ask me if I need a job! Then he tells me no dine in (only drive thru), and then got a major attitude with me when I questioned the hours and posted business hour signs. No wonder this place has such terrible reviews online (which honestly I should’ve read before I wasted my time coming here), I’ll never go back when I’m visiting this city!!

This particular store is around the corner from my office. I used to go there daily and now the dining room has not been open for 2 years and I was going through the drive-thru but recently they started telling me they are only taking online orders every time I pull up. This getting ridiculous. Guess I have to find somewhere else to spend my money at lunch Reserva una mesa ahora

put an order for this location and was said it would be ready to 4:46. about 5 and the doors closed. So I moved to the drive. After waiting for about 10 minutes, no one came to the loudspeaker, so I drove around. then had to wait 15 minutes. when I got it, it was cold, the pommes were not cooked completely and I had to ask for the salat I bought.

I arrived at the drive thru.. and was told they were only accepting online orders through the app Door Dash orders. I downloaded the app and it stated that the location wasn't accepting orders at this time. Why have a drive thru if you're unable to provide drive thru ordering services? That makes absolutely no sense and is a disappointment.

it's 5:00 clock and the tussi on the car by just told me that I don't order on the car through or inside. she said it was because of a shift. but I was welcome to place an order online. When I came around the building, I saw a woman with a headset and her uniform talked to someone on the parking lot.

they, where closed 30 minutes before their closing time, and when dale called them to see if he could tell him that they closed themselves and he asked them why because it was 30 minutes early, then she told him: "_u_k you I told you we were closed and hanged on him. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ever since the pandemic started this place has really gone downhill and just has not brought itself back up. Good luck getting a human being on the phone, it’s not a part of their job description clearly

Worse store in the USI went there by 9:00 am and store was closed, they said only drive-tru , then I waitedfor 30 min and nobody answer. NO CARS in front of me. Something needs to be done in here.
