Late-night burgers? Yes, please! However, I was a bit disappointed to learn that their system goes offline from around 3:30 AM to 5:00 AM, making it impossible to place orders during that time, and they couldn't tell me when it would be back up. On the bright side, the service was excellent—fast and with minimal waiting in the drive-thru line. The staff taking orders and preparing the food were always friendly. Keep up the great work, Cutting Jack in the Box!

I really love this place! Everyone is super friendly, especially Alex on the night shift. Normally, I would give it 5 stars, but the last few Tuesdays I've visited, they've been out of their signature tacos. While I understand it's not the employees' fault, I feel it's a management issue for not ordering enough to meet demand. Despite this, I’ll keep coming back because the food is always satisfying!

The food at this restaurant has generally been quite good, especially when compared to other fast-food chains. However, I’ve noticed that the quality of their hot dishes has been slipping lately. I do really enjoy the Oreo shake; it’s hard to go wrong with that. As long as they stick to using fresh ingredients, there’s no need to worry. So go ahead and indulge in that shake!
Food is always good here, service obviously depends on who is working here. There have been some great managers and then other managers. They do not like to give you your receipts here for some reason. I asked her for my receipt, and she said it wasn't possible, while she was holding my receipt in her hand, and threw it out in front of me.
My cashier during lunchtime was amazing. She greeted me with a smile and served freshly cooked, delicious food. Her great sense of humor even made me laugh. It was around 1 PM, and she was a Latina woman with excellent customer service. Five stars all around. If you’re reading this, thank you!

The restaurant often has mistakes when inputting orders into their computer system, leading to customers being charged either too much or too little. This place needs significant improvement and hiring more experienced staff. Furthermore, the Munchie meal should include a large drink instead of a small one.
