I drove past and ran over this place I had never heard of. determined to stop and take a lunch, and I am so glad that I did as eating was really amazing. we ordered the spicy fried cheese curds, cheese steak sliders and the Roast-Beast sandwich. everything was great. the curds were actually Cajun spicy, the slider were perfect and the roast beef on the Roast bar was right. who works the kitchen at jackie keelen, clearly cares about the product they issue. this is a few of the best bare food I had in a very long time. the place I can see why others have called it dipping, but dipping is not automatically a bad thing. it is a local hangout where everyone knows each other. but that makes it bet...
I had a lovely lunch here on a Sunday afternoon after biking on the Henry Hudson Trail. They have a great selection of beers on tap, and the bartender was fantastic. The other customers were friendly as well. I tried the Cool Ranch breaded chicken sandwich, known as The Wacker, and it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a side of well-done fries, which turned out perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. I’ll definitely be returning! The place was very clean too.
The experience at Dive was disappointing. The place had a musty odor, and I'm concerned that the food might not be safe to eat. The cheesesteak egg rolls were unfortunately served burnt. It's a shame, especially considering the establishment's size and potential.
Unfortunately, I've moved away from the area, but I used to call regularly to inquire about their daily specials. I've never been disappointed with any of my orders.

Avoid visiting on a Wednesday night. The two female bartenders are unfriendly and make you feel quite uncomfortable.
