We checked the menu before booking and chose the restaurant in big part because there were vegetarian entree options. However, when we arrived, they weren 't serving off their regular menu and only had a Valentine 's Menu that had virtually no vegetarian options other than a small, boring salad. We asked the server if they could make anything else without meat and the answer was no. The vegetarian in our party is very sweet and didn 't make a fuss, but I thought it was rude to not provide options for vegetarians.
The food was excellent but quite expensive compared to the amount that was served. Same goes for the wine. We had the Surf Turf and it was just a small piece of filet mignon with 2 Shrimp, a soup spoon size of mashed potatoes and about 6 pieces of broccoli. It tasted really good, no question about that, but was too pricey. The place itself is quite nice with a good service and a nice Bar Area.
A lovely evening at one of our favorite places in Kona… we had the kanapachi and clam chowder and excellent ravioli with lobster tail and the swordfish special was sublime! Etu our waiter was very accommodating and also the hostess looked out for us… we loved it and will be back before we leave Kona
We looooved this restaurant. My drink was amazing. The food is absolutely delicious. We ordered the Butter Fish and the Chefs specialty (Ono Fish) and as appetizer we had the crab cakes. The desserts were to die for. Everything was perfect. The serviceis great and the place is very nice.

Wonderful as always! We both had the cheese ravioli with lobster tail shrimp cocktail clam chowder rosemary bread dessert and wine.. Brad our server was exceptional! Very kind and attentive! And two servers who remembered us from before said hello.. very nice evening
Excellent food and service. My wife had the Kanpachi and I had the Chef’s ahi special. We will go everyone time we are in HI. Love this place.
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with excellent dishes during a sunset. The staff is very attentive but fair warning , it is pricey but worth it.
First time eating here and did not disappoint. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Would definitely come back!
