Jack's - Reservar una mesa

I visited Jack's before 8 PM on a Monday night and was disappointed with my experience. My chicken took 15 minutes to prepare, the fries were cold and undercooked, and the pie was barely thawed. I had to come home and put everything in the air fryer for 7 minutes just to enjoy my meal. This doesn't really qualify as 'fast food.' Additionally, they never seem to have the strawberry pies available; I think they should just remove them from the menu! Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner.

Today arrived in drive thru placed order 1105 am with 5 cars in front of me and it takes 30 mins to get order that is not only wrong but cold fries no Mayo on sandwich as asked for after getting the correct sandwich it still had no Mayo and no napkins, needless say a place that I have visited regularly for a long time I will not be returning. I was pleasantly surprised for fast food, it was really good! I went for the free Big Jack from the app download. But was glad I did, and will again! Oh, and the shakes are awesome! Real ice cream! I didn't sample the food during my visit. The bathroom, however, was in poor condition; it was dirty and there was no toilet paper or hand towels available in the dispensers. Additionally, the drink machine was out of order.
