My food tonight was terrible. I went after 9oclock. I ordered 1 chicken finger plate and they pulled me down for 20 minutes to wait for it. When I pulled up there was only 1 car in the drive thru line and they were pulled down ahead of me. So Im not sure why it took so long. After waiting I got my food and headed home. Once I got home I tasted the food and literally spit it out. Its like they used old grease or burnt grease or both. The chicken tenders tasted refried and gross. The fries were hard and over salted. The food is usually just fine for fast food but, the big girl working the drive through window has a horrible attitude and terrible work ethic. She plays on her phone rather than take care of customers. She ignores requests for condiments,straws, and napkins. This wouldn't be so frustrating if it wasn't happening every time my work crew goes there for lunch. If she is there from now on I will just go somewhere else

The Manager Dottie was so helpful and professional. She was running the line and multi tasking training a young man on the front register. I bought 5 orders for my kids but it did not interrupt the speed of service. Management here is outstanding and they're always fast. I stopped going to Chick Fila long time because of the top service of Jack's. Thanks Dottie and your team

I recommend not ordering a large fry. I ordered 2 large fries with my order and was charged as large but was given regular sized fries. My husband went in and let them know that we ordered large and they stated that is the only size they have. Well if regular is all you have then I should not have been charged for a large. I will be contacting corporate to get a refund.
