I've visited this Jack's multiple times, and my experiences have been inconsistent. Tonight, I placed a mobile order that included a buffalo chicken salad, with an extra piece of chicken added on. When I got home and opened the salad, I found only one piece of chicken instead of the additional one I had paid for. The receipt confirmed that I ordered the extra piece. So the lesson here is: be sure to check your food before you leave, even if you're in a rush. It defeats the purpose of the convenience of mobile ordering.
Food is supposed to be good but I have received salad multiple times completely messed up and missing ingredients. I received a Greek chicken salad with 2 onions on it and no artichokes. I paid close to $20, this is unacceptable. And there is no customer service email to contact. I have also received garlic fries without any garlic. The customer service in the store is poor and workers don’t want to make food right. Overall really disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend.
I stopped by for a quick lunch and ordered the buffalo chicken salad and a Reuben. Both were excellent! The servers were friendly, and our food arrived promptly. I highly recommend this place for a delicious, freshly made meal in a hurry. We'll definitely be back!
Ordered a Greek salad that came with NO olives and an Asian salad that was without Wonton chips. The lettuce on the Asian salad was very watery so you could barely taste the dressing. Very disappointed!

I really enjoy the updated atmosphere of the restaurant. The food has consistently been great. I always opt for the steak salad, and I appreciate how easy it is to customize the toppings.
Great location. Got to listen to a live band. Brought our doggie and had a great lunch. Service was quick and then staff was friendly. Good sandwiches and salads..
Such small portions... it doesn't cost the money you pay... small sandwiches (burgers) cost 15... you pay 15+, and you are still hungry... Service is Okay...
Turkey dinner take out for sick friend and turkey sandwich for me. Wow way too much turkey with plate. No not complaining.
