Order the sandwich which ended up being a piece of lettuce and a sliver of tomato with some dried turkey on a round bun. This came to 13.27. I gave my cashier a $20 bill and 27 cents I had to wait while he called the manager to help him do the math. For $20 an hour you should be able to do elementary school math. I was here with a group almost all the sandwiches were very dry and had meeker contents. Everyone in our group had ordered a glass of water. Half of the group was able to get across the water the other half or not. This used to be a good place to eat. Pass on this one.
This was by far the worst Jack's I've ever visited. There were eight employees behind the counter, but very few customers dining in. Instead of attending to their work, the staff was mostly standing around, using their phones or chatting. They didn't check in on how our meals were or offer to refill our drinks, and the dining area was quite dirty. As for the food, it was disappointing. My salad had very little dressing, the cheese was all clumped at the bottom, and the lettuce tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for way too long.
For example, the small Urban Fries cost over $8 each, while a large size is only $8 in the restaurant. Similarly, the grilled Halloumi sandwich is priced at $17 through DoorDash, but is around $12.95 in-store. The small portion of fries for $8 is simply unacceptable. Not only are the prices outrageous and the price adjustments sneaky, but the meager serving size left the box less than half full. See the photos for reference.
The Fried Chicken sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever had! The combination of flavors is really nice especially the sauces they use. It’s always a nice atmosphere to eat here also because everyone is always in a good mood!

Really can’t find anything negative to say. Food is consistently fresh, good, and made quickly. Service is great too. Wish they stayed open later though. Very happy with this place! Trip tip and salads are amazing!
We wanted to eat at the table near the entrance in the evening under an umbrella, but there were food delivery drivers sitting there, and there were no other places, so we had to go to another place.
Try the sirloin steak salad. Love the option to have fried onions versus raw onions. Service staff is friendly and helpful. And the food is fresh and flavorful.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was bland, like there were no seasonings added. The Mac and cheese only tasted like boiled noodles.

The cost is becoming a bit high. Spending $50 for two people isn’t really worth it.
Love this place. I should be exhausted from it, but I'm not even close.
