Jade Village Chinese

Good food but caters more to westerners , such as being more sweet, more salty, more oily, boneless meat, doughy batters, etc. I was given advice years ago by a food critic from New York who told me when looking for the best dining experience, look for Chinese customers in Chinese restaurants, Italian customers in Italian restaurants, Greek customers in Greek restaurants, etc. Jade Village was busy when we ate there, but there were no Asian customers : Still the food, service and atmosphere were good.
