We called in during a scenic tour around the area staying in Bad Liebenzell and aiming for the Jagerhof Restaurant upon the recommendations from locals. As with other establishments of a similar nature in the district it was like stepping back into another time....The exterior had that characteristic vaguely Tyrolean appearance whilst the interior had a typically Schwarzwald Gasthof layout and decor. An erstwhile Black Forest Hunting Lodge indeed. we stayed in bad Liebezell during a scenic tour through the opposite - in bad Liebezell and on recommended by locals the jagerhof restaurant. as with other facilities similar art in the district it was like a time trip to another time. the outer had this characteristic vage tiroler look, while the inner had a typical Black Forest Gasthof decor and decoration. in which there was a former black forest hunting castle. there seemed to be some interesting local foods to hand, but we had only drinks and they were pretty good - the local wee should be tried to appreciate how good they can be. we visited the jagerhof restaurant in the early afternoon on Saturday 17th October.

The Jägerhof offers a very classic gastronomy. The service is extremely friendly, the food is presented in the old school). The kitchen offers everything the heart desires in the Black Forest. Tradition and regionality are great. The partially self-covered wild photos in the entrance area) are offered classically on the menu. Modern cuisine paired with tradition...and then high. I wish the Jägerhof many beautiful years and always a whole house, but it should be refreshed.
