I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash twice, and each time I received only half of my food. The third time, I ended up with someone else's order. Thinking I’d have better luck, I decided to call in my order and wait for it at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I was wrong again! I spent $65 and still didn’t get everything I ordered. Now I have to drive back to the restaurant. It's frustrating that they take your money but can't ensure you receive your complete order. This is my first review ever because I believe everyone makes mistakes, but this has happened four times now. I won't be ordering from here again. It's just so disappointing.
I’ve had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. They’re never open during their posted hours, and it’s disappointing that the management doesn’t even bother to inform customers with a sign on the door or update their status on Facebook or Google when they decide to close unexpectedly. It’s especially absurd to be closed on a Wednesday, which is also Valentine’s Day, at 3 PM—prime time for wing Wednesday. I ended up losing my money and tipping the waitress for nothing. This is a really poor business model.
Ordered boneless wings one time and my daughter found a hair in it. Decided we would not order again for a while until today. My daughter wanted to give another shot at the boneless wings, bit into one and it had bone and chewy pieces. The quality has gone downhill and it’s disgusting. Wasted money on something that will not be eaten.
Our server was wonderful and was obviously working very hard, The kitchen on the other hand was a hot mess. One of the entrees came out, then 10 minutes later our appetizers, then 30 minutes later my entree finally came out and none of the food was actually hot when it came out.

The jai lai is cool! Sometimes the food is a hit and sometimes it’s not. The ingredients could be better. Sometimes the bartenders are friendly and sometimes they’re not. You gotta pick ya poison! Overall it’s a decent spot.
The food was excellent. I felt sorry for the bartender, as she had to manage all the tables by herself. However, she did an outstanding job.
Tried the new zinger flavor wings. Chef tried them out on us...they were fantastic! Great service too!
