Jai Thai - Reservar una mesa

So this location was previously (for years) Sushi Kaiten. Unfortunately, the chef and owner retired and sold the spot. Fortunately, it was taken over by a great group of people. It is mainly thai food but they have elected to keep the conveyor belt and sushi. John (the previous owner) provided his recipes so they could continue to make the sushi the way we all have enjoyed for years. It is new as of April 2017 and the sushi menu isn't up and running just yet. All that being said, I have gone twice and I have to say that this is the best thai food in Longmont. I highly recommend the fried tofu appetizer with peanut sauce and the chicken See-Ew. I will miss Sushi Kaiten and anxiously wait to see how the sushi holds up but I am willing to give this place 5 stars as of now.

Stopped in for lunch on a whim while walking, and stupidly, didn 't see the prominent 'Takeout and Delivery only ' signs. Oops! I was kindly seated anyway, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended, and thank you!!

Delicious authentic cuisine. Tasty Thai dishes (plus Sushi Kaiten items that were a beloved Longmont tradition). Cozy ambiance. Very clean. The sushi conveyor belt offerings will stir your hunger imagination.

Very friendly Place everybody made us feel very welcomed and offer great suggestions on food. I highly recommend their Sushi and their noodle bowls
