Overall, I would say that Wayback Burgers in Bel Air is a decent place to get a burger, but the customer service could definitely be improved. My experience with the customer service was far from favorable. When I asked for additional ketchup packets, the employee behind the counter seemed reluctant to give them to me. The individual told me that ketchup was available on the tables. Then grudgingly handed me two packets. This individual did so in a way that made me feel like I was being a nuisance.
I ordered food from Wayback Burgers via DoorDash, and when it arrived, all the hamburgers were raw and cold. I called Wayback to explain the issue, but they said there was nothing they could do and advised me to reach out to DoorDash instead. I'm really puzzled—did DoorDash cook my burgers? Their other suggestion was for me to bring in my three undercooked burgers to swap them for two free ones! What kind of solution is that?

My new go to for fresh burgers and fries. First time visiting and I was very impressed. Fries were delicious and burgers were juicy and cook as ordered. I will definitely return in the near future.
