Food leaves plenty to be desired. Been here a few times and they have continue to disappoint me, needless to say this is my last time. The food is cold and unseasoned. The woman behind the counter (the owner I presume) with the short hair has an attitude.You are barely greeted as you come inside the establishment. I would rather spend my money else where then be treated with suchdistain from my own people.
I recently visited Jamaica Grill for the first time after developing a love for Jamaican cuisine and looking for a great local spot. Their lunch prices are fantastic! I had the small jerk chicken for $8, which included a hearty portion of chicken, rice, vegetables, and plantains. I also enjoyed a chicken patty for just $2, and everything tasted amazing. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly!
Outstanding food paired with fast, friendly service! The festival was amazing, and the jerk chicken was tender, full of flavor, with a perfect spicy kick. I'll definitely be coming back and am excited to have discovered an authentic Caribbean restaurant in North Jersey that truly delivers delicious dishes!

I regret spending $6 on such a small and disappointing plate. This is why every other Jamaican restaurant in town is more popular—they don’t hold back on their portions.
