They really enjoy this spot! It’s clean with outdoor seating only, as there’s no indoor area. The space is small, so during busy times, the line often extends outside. The staff are very friendly and attentive, always prompt with orders—I’ve never seen a customer overlooked or kept waiting. While there’s no restroom onsite, a public restroom is available at the neighboring business, which can be a bit inconvenient during summer. I come to this Jamba Juice nearly every day, and they’ve even memorized my name and usual order, making my wait quick and easy!

Unfortunately, there’s no guest restroom, which is a downside, but Starbucks next door has public restrooms available in case of emergencies. I visit this Jamba almost every day, and the staff has even memorized my name and order, so it’s ready for me as soon as I arrive.
Jamba Juice lacks ADA accessibility and does not have automatic door buttons to assist wheelchair users. However, there are three signs on the door stating that only service animals are allowed, which is a reasonable policy. It appears the emphasis is more on enforcing rules about guide dogs than on making the premises more accessible for individuals with disabilities.

That's of course a reasonable rule but the only thought you have about people with disabilities is to enforce guide dog rules, not making it easier to access for people who might need those guide dogs.

The staff at this Jamba Juice location are incredibly kind! I felt a little lightheaded during my visit, and they went out of their way to assist me—I truly appreciate their care. Plus, their smoothies are fantastic!
The staff is very friendly, and you definitely need to sample the Fruity Rocks from their secret menu! You won't be disappointed—unless you have a soy allergy.

The customer service at Jamba Juice was disappointing. One of the employees was rude, overly talkative, and ended up getting my order wrong.
