The bubble teas are expensive compared to competition and are not worth the detour: too sweet, hard tapioca ball like stone, taste of liquid dishes??? Good pho with beef, despite a light hand on the amount of meat. Chicken tuna pad a little too sweet. Overall it's nice, nice welcome. But you have to stop with the music that is abominable and strong.
