This was a terrible experience. The bar area was freezing and our server was hardly visible. I had to go to the bar myself to get a drink from our table. I ordered the steak tips medium rare with a side of fries, but the steak tips were well done and the fries never arrived. We had to ask for everything and then had to take our bill to the bartender to pay. There were lots of servers just sitting around and doing nothing. It's no surprise that this place was empty at 6:00.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the drinks were excellent. The atmosphere was incredible, and I had a lot of fun listening to the dueling pianos. I went with some friends and we all had a great time. I highly recommend this place if you have never been before. It is a truly amazing experience and I definitely plan on returning. The only downside was that my server was not very attentive.
Place use to be good, not anymore. Sat at a table in the bar section. 4 other tables open and waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. Finally came by and they gave us BS and said they will find out who the server was. Friday night and they said the restaurant had 3 servers. Seems like a management problem.
We had a great time at Dueling Pianos on Saturday with a group of friends. Our server was excellent, always on the move and keeping our drinks full with a smile on his face. Enjoyed Dueling Pianos on Saturday with a group of friends. Our server was FANTASTIC! He was basically constantly running and kept a smile on his face our drinks full the entire time. Food was really good entertainment was a blast. This is such a fun place for a date night or girls night out!
The food was ok. I had an Irishman burger that was really good. My friend had Shepherd's pie and wasn't too impressed. But the service and drinks were great. And the dualing pianos so much fun. We had a great time and will definitely go back.
It was just ok. I'm not going back. Lots of other places to go. My husband did think his meal was fine. The wait staff was fine, no complaints there. The other Irish pub across the street that's not there anymore was much more authentic.
