they have charged $150 to reserve a stand for the birthday of a friend we celebrated. it should include 40 wings and a large pizza. that is all. no bottle service included. we should have said no at the time, but it was the closest place where we didn't have to drive extremely far to come. we went in the night before asking if they could take off the dress line of jerseys, who floated above the standing, as they said we could decorate, and the owner refused. he said, and I quote: it is not my task to do that. It's yours. you take it down. even if it was too high to reach without step stool or ladder. not to mention his institution, and we have already been overwhelmed. it was the least he could do. in addition, they told us in the last minute that our group had to pay a cover fee at the entry. because it was too late in the night before to cancel the reservation, so we had no choice but to keep it. When we finally arrived in the next night (the night of the actual event), they ran out of the pizza and said they would replace them with 40 more wings, but not. and we were not allowed to waste any refund or discount for there. I don't ask them to apologize for this place with everyone!
my sister and I came to weeks before three, on a Saturday night. we had a lot of fun, but my experience ended up with a bath!? Someone cut my ripe and salt or sugar into my tank? I never fought in a fight or had bad words with someone! we don't live like that. my question is why a company conduct and not set up cameras outside to protect their customers and their business? or because you have cameras in you, you're good, so for us????
