The more I go to restaurants, the more I feel that the staff are as important, possibly more so than the food.Tonight the staff were engaging, amusing and happy to speak English if you wanted them to. This is an excellent example of a poolside restaurant with an Asian flavour in a 5* hotel. Even the piped music was engaging. "Vintage" tinned sardines were the delicious surprise of the evening; we were assured that the weren't vintage because they had swum a long way before they reached the tin! In addition to the beautiful setting, we enjoyed the quality of the staff and especially the girl who served us: professional, smiling, fresh and natural. A look is enough for someone to come to see if we need anything. Quite rare for it to be reported! meat is a pure wonder and, if the prices had a little surprise at the base, one can say, that once the plates arrived, they are completely justified. the setting is fantastic, the delicious dishes with exotic flavors are actually an invitation a trip. The team is very friendly and attentive. We had a dream night. not to mention the cocktails that are divine! I've done it again.
