The ratings looked very good for this resturant so I really wanted to try it. I ordered a Take out and thought the ordering system was very simple and easy to do. They seem to cook the order in 30 minutes which is quite speedy. If you have any issues with the order or need to cancel, you just need to phone them up and explain. When I picked up my order, it was very simple, the waiter had good customer service and I was able to pay by card. I ordered a Biryani Chicken Hyderabadi Style which I wasn't really a fan of. Food was amazing with being reasonably priced. We ordered the onion bhajis (4/5 needed more sauce), Chilli paneer (5/5 absolutely delicious), chicken tikka masala (5/5), duck cooked in coconut and spices (5/5 would recommend this to anyone), peshwari naan (5/5), rice (5/5- you could probably share this). All excellent. The service was friendly and well timed. The food here is excellent. Full of the right sorts of flavour. I agree that sometimes you have to wait a long time and the staff are quite unsympathetic about it. However, when they are short staffed, what can they do? Even when this occurs, the food is still great. Wheelchair accessibility: Awkward access and stepped floors. Waited well over hour and a half for our starters and then it came with our main course! Totally unacceptable. Waiter was rude when we asked about delay. Very small portions for the starters. Lamb with main course was chewy. Even had to ask twice for the bill. Will definitely not return, and therefore would not recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
