Not impressed. Wanted to get 3 tacos rice and beans, asked if they could do different kinds of tacos but they said no which is totally fine. Got the al pastor. But there was lettuce and tomatoes in my tacos.. I wasn't asked whether I would like that or onions and cilantro, so I assumed it would be the latter.. that sucks. the al pastor tacos themselves were underwhelming, even setting aside the lettuce and tomatoes..Palettas were great, but plenty of other places for that. Was hoping to find a great taco spot since I moved here recently.. but it seems like they are not really focusing on authenticity, or even giving an option for it.. the search continues unfortunately.Price was good for the...

The food is pretty great and inexpensive so it is perfect for a quick lunch. O have been to this location and also the Wheaton location. The Glen Ellyn location is only a takeout counter with a couple tables on the sidewalk but there is no indoor seating. They have paletas and jarritos and horchata of course. They also serve things like hamburgers and cheese burgers ans fries so if you are like me and have kids who need American style food then you can all be happy here. They have churros and flan also if you want for a treat.

My favorite tacos in the suburbs. The chicken is crispy on the outside but tender and juicy in the middle. The tortillas taste homemade because they’re really soft and fresh. You can get the tacos traditional with cilantro and onions or American style with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Definitely give Javi’s a try.

Very friendly people working here. Service is fast. The food is good and authentic. The churros (dessert) are tasty. They are not a sit down restaurant it is pick up and takeout only. Affordable prices and good portions. Overall would recommend. Reserva una mesa ahora

Been here a few times. It's quick and easy. I've had at least 3 different varieties of their burrito. All 3 good just don't like that everything inside starts to come out the bottom side of the burrito.
