Wir hatten uns den Eselsweg von Nord (Schlüchtern) nach Süd (Großheubach) vorgenommen. 6 Etappen über insgesamt 120 Kilometer standen uns bevor. Und obwohl sich die Deutsche Bahn am Samstag, den ersten Oktober, alle Mühe gab, unsere Reise vom Münsterland in den Spessart zu erschweren, letztendlich waren wir am späten Nachmittag in Schlüchtern.
