This pair of officers seems to exemplify a troubling trend where disrespectful behavior towards women is tolerated, and there's a clear lack of understanding when it comes to identifying legitimate IDs. This restaurant should seriously consider improving their hiring practices. The officer on the right certainly needs additional training regarding identification, while the officer on the left, despite his experience in the field, appears to be jaded and lacking in basic respect. It might be best for him to step back and work in a position that doesn’t involve interacting with the public.
Who hired Lu? As a current police officer, both the establishment and the department should be ashamed. Maybe a little more training needs to be done in his career. He doesn’t know how to read IDs. A simple task was very hard for him with four forms of identification, on-staff police verification, and a retired supervisor cop even knew the id was valid. Lu, too proud to be wrong, did not allow re-entry. Shame on them. Jenks and his department should do better!
horrible place lost my phone 3 days ago tracked it to their location that same day and they have not returned my calls or emails. dont go here. Music is terrible playing some my mans just left me music. bouncers are horrible and cant defrentiate ID's fake or real. this place is sad excuse, go to bar A instead. i hope when you guys see this you give me a call. i have left multiple messages and sent an email.
The security staff at Jenks lacks training and displays disrespectful behavior, often overstepping boundaries. The individual in the photo clearly does not recognize what a legitimate ID looks like. Even the police officers on the boardwalk, as well as his supervisor, confirmed that the ID was valid. His arrogance was evident. Someone really needs to teach him how to properly verify an ID.

I had the worst experience imaginable! I stood in line for over an hour, paid $20, and received a stamp on my hand. Right after that, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and the stamp washed off. When I tried to re-enter, they wouldn't let me back in and reprimanded me harshly. I'm completely frustrated and feel that this treatment is very disrespectful to customers.
The waitress was very good but had tables in sections that were too far from each other and had to ask 2 other wait staff to look for her. Not fair to the waitress or us. The food was only adequate. And it was my birthday....ugh. And our waitress got the highest rating!
Awful service. A rude bartender completely ruined the night and caused my party to leave. The concept of a bar on the beach is great, but go elsewhere unless you wanted to be treated like garbage.
Nightmare tonight. Girl on the bar was mad that I wanted 3 drinks. She made me the ugliest drink ever. Poor service. If you don't like your job, don't do it. This was very sad experience.
