Very disappointed. We made a reservation for hibachi for my graduation dinner. We showed up and they said we could have hibachi menu items at our table. This was not what we wanted, they just never called their hibachi chef. Over the phone, I asked if thiswould be the hibachi dinner, and they said yes. They were quite combative when we brought this up. We went down the hill toBenihana instead and actually got a hibachi dinner, even as a walk-in. Fujiyama would not have made this mistake if they werestill here.
Fantastic!!! The sushi is just AMAZING!! Everything is fresh. The miso soup, Japanese noodles and even the dessert was great. Usually the dessert at restaurants lack, but not here. Our server was Jenny!! The name of the place! She was wonderful. The service was a bit slow(for American standards) but worth the wait. Great spot to talk and relax.
AVOID JAPANESE RESTAURANTS IN SUMMIT ELSEWHERE!! I had an incredible dining experience at Jenny's. The food here is unparalleled throughout the entire metro area. It's fresh, flavorful, and has an authentic touch that sets it apart. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Be adventurous and try the Hamachi Kama—it's absolutely phenomenal!
Fujiyama offers the best sushi around. My husband, an avid fisherman, has a keen understanding of fresh fish and sushi, and it's his absolute favorite! We've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and more at Fujiyama, and each occasion has been nothing short of incredible. The menu is always impressive!

I had the Rainbow Roll for lunch, and it was fantastic! They have a great lunch special where you can get two rolls and a salad for just $12.95.
Food was amazing!!! Best sushi and Hibachi I've had in a long time! The woman who waited on is was so attentive. Can't wait to go again!!!
