The service at this restaurant was subpar, especially considering they serve banquets. The bus runner handed me extra bread on a knife in front of my face instead of placing it in the basket, which was not appropriate with my child sitting next to me. The server was unable to answer our menu questions, and my husband received a smaller portion size than he ordered. The food was decent but the overall service was disappointing and not enough to make me want to return. They did try to make it right by taking $8 off our bill and giving us a $5 gift card, but this will be our first and last visit. My friend and I went in for some soup during this chilly season. The beef vegetable soup was tasty. However, we were shocked to see the bowl of soups were both overfilled and poured onto the serving plate underneath it and all over the packaged saltine crackers. Presentation is key, the server should have made the point to clean everything up prior to serving it to the customers.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday with a dinner at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, and our server was extremely attentive, going out of her way to cater to our meal preferences. I ordered a lobster tail and grilled butterfly chicken, while my husband enjoyed a steak.

I found the ribs to be dry and gristly, while my daughter mentioned that her pasta was undercooked. However, she did enjoy the chicken. I might give Jenny's another try, but I would likely choose a different dish next time.

Fall off the bone ribs and flavorful fried shrimp. Twice baked potato was great too! We just went for theor happy hour, amd it was a great value.
