Let me preface by saying whenever I go off IG food influencer recommendation on what to order, I take it with a heap of salt but this was a good one. I got the #9, mikes way, with chipotle mayo and jalapeños. With a side of the chipotle mayo and buffalo sauce. This sandwich was hella good! when you take into account the salt, pepper, and oils vinegar, it 's a well rounded sandwich. Do I wish the bread was toasted or warmed, definitely. But it didn 't stop me from devouring it in minutes. Having the mayo and Buffalo sauce on the side was the game changer. I visited the restaurant and was disappointed by the manager's lack of acknowledgment. When I asked to speak with her, she was quite rude and abruptly walked away during our conversation. It felt like she wasn't fully present, as her eyes were wide open. When I requested to speak with someone higher up, she refused to share any information. Her behavior was very unprofessional, and she even brought up my private issue in front of other customers. Instead of addressing my concerns, she redirected the conversation to talk about her personal vacation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience largely due to poor management.
Today was my first time trying this place and mann it was good! I ordered the original Italian on rosemary parm bread and that combo together was great! I loved that bread. I loved how fresh their ingredients are especially the tomatoes they were perfectly ripped! The guy making our sandwich was definitely a pro! He made sure our sandwich was made perfectly and kept the area he was making our sandwiches at nice and clean. He was cool and friendly. I really like this place and cant wait to come to try their philly's! Great sandwich spot!
I highly recommend this restaurant! The sandwiches are incredible, and the food is consistently fresh. I'm especially fond of their cheese steaks! The manager is quite attractive! He's not very tall, but his good looks more than make up for it. Honestly, he resembles Ken from the Barbie movie! I always order the number 99.

I order on Sunday laberday weekend two sandwiches from @jerseymikes on koll center parkway pleasanton they charge me $51. Spoke to them in person on 09/06 trying to get credit and they charge me again this time for $34 Today they ask me to leave and called me rude.
Subway is quite overpriced. I was charged an additional $1.50 just to add cheese to my tuna sandwich! The selection of condiments was also very limited. After this experience, I won't be returning.

I like Jersey Mike's, but this specific location is pretty unclean. There were five employees on duty, yet the bathroom was in a poor state. They really need to focus on better maintenance.
