I walked into the shop last week and the gentleman behind the counter immediately asked me how my day was. I stated that my dad was in the hospital and I was bringing my mother food... just a small Sandwich and a cookie and he said I 'm so sorry to hear: when I got to the register the lovely lady behind the counter stated it 's on us . I was absolutely floored! And she wouldnt even let me leave a tip!!! Such kindness!!!! I have told several people about my experience!! It just really made my day!!! This is our favorite spot in town for delicious, fresh subs of great quality. The atmosphere is always welcoming and enjoyable. During our most recent visit, I was deeply moved by the staff's level of care for their customers. My father was in critical condition in the ICU and we needed a quick meal before returning to the hospital. The two staff members working noticed how stressed and tired my husband and I were and kindly treated us to a meal. Their exceptional customer service and compassion went above and beyond. We are incredibly grateful and look forward to returning and paying it forward. Thank you Jersey Mike's on Fischer Blvd, you are amazing!

I visited the restaurant yesterday, on April 16th, and observed a female employee making sandwiches with gloves on. However, she then proceeded to take out her phone, scroll through it, and begin talking on it while still wearing the gloves. This behavior was unacceptable to me and I ultimately decided to leave the store. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

The cold turkey cheese sub was great and my fussy father raved about the Philly cheesesteak sub. I'll be back for sure. The staff is polite and friendly. The only downside is they don't serve some traditional favorites like meatball or chicken Parmigian. Parking: Strip mall with several other stores. Parking could get tough during peak hours. The best subs in Toms River! They have best customer service and atmosphere! The women behind the counter, Ashley was so sweet and respectful. She made my cheesesteak sandwich with extra chipotle that was so amazing.I will back that this place of business for sure!

There are two other Jersey Mike’s locations near me but I decide to take the trip to this one because of the awesome customer service. I definitely recommend you guys come to try it out if you haven’t before!

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. I was impressed when the person ahead of me ordered 6 sandwiches and they were all made quickly. The quality of the sandwich was excellent.
