The staff at Jersey Mike is exemplary - present, attentive, hardworking, and most importantly, friendly. Orders are consistently accurate and delivered on time, attracting a large volume of customers. In contrast, Chipotle is notorious for being 45 minutes late, and bulk snack orders are often delayed as well. Jersey Mike is consistently early in comparison. I visited this restaurant in New Providence for the first time during lunchtime. There were 8 people in line ahead of me. The ordering machine was not working, but I didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes. Despite being busy, the employees were attentive and friendly. I was impressed by how clean the working areas were. This was my first time dining here, and I was pleased with the excellent customer service and delicious food. Thank you to the employees and managers for providing a great dining experience. I am happy to support a business that is busy but still offers exceptional service.
