About a week ago, I went into the café with my 6-month-old in a stroller to grab some coffee. An employee was cleaning and suddenly came between my husband and me, attempting to touch my baby's face. She reached into the stroller, and I promptly removed her hand and said "no." It was very inappropriate. Even when interacting with a stranger's dog, you ask the owner for permission first—so why would anyone think it's okay to touch someone else's baby without consent, especially if they are a stranger? I was taken aback and decided to leave. This is not how an employee should behave.
About a week ago I walked inside with my 6 month old in the stroller to buy coffee. An employee was cleaning and came between my husband and I and tried to touch my baby’s face. She put her hand in the stroller and I quickly took her hand out and said NO. Very rude. Even to pet a strangers dog you ask the owner, you do not touch someone else’s baby without permission. Especially if you are a stranger. I was scared and left. That is no way an employee should conduct themselves.
I've always had a great experience at this Dunkin Donuts, but today was different. They made a mistake with my order and were quite unfriendly when I requested the correct one. When they finally handed me the right drink, it was only filled halfway.
This place closed at 8:50pm on Sunday when the hours are 10:00pm. The hours say they are open till 10pm on Sunday. A bunch of kids refused to work the whole shift and locked the doors.

The restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent during my visit. They prepared my order exactly as requested and served it promptly.
Why are the restrooms closed? It feels like the staff is simply being lazy and avoiding cleaning them, using Covid-19 as an excuse.
The atmosphere is nothing special; it's just your average Dunkin'. However, my latte was the best coffee I've tasted in weeks.
This restaurant, located in the heart of the city, is tidy, peaceful, and precisely what you would anticipate.

It's a lively and well-frequented restaurant. Just be aware that there is a fee for parking.
