It's not easy to find great customer service skills, however, Jersey Mike's hit the Jackpot with Wendy. I met Wendy at Starbucks and asked her where the nearest Jersey Mike's store was. Not only was Wendy happy to speak with me, she told me about promotions and invited me to the store for lunch. I decided to have lunch at Jersey Mike's that afternoon.
