Hello everybody, I am changing my original post of 4 stars to 5 stars. At 1st I really liked the sandwidges, but I didn't feel like they had enough toppings to put on the sandwiches. However, I would like to say that the way to judge any restaurant is by the quality of the food and the customer service. I went back today and ordered one of the Turkey sandwiches with cheese, onions, lettuce, and added on avocado and it was superb. I also felt that the customer service person, Tyler, was really good. He was so friendly and went over all the different sandwiches and hooked me up with this amazing Turkey sandwich and I must say that he exemplifies perfect customer service, and the sandwich was o...
While the restaurant is clean, the area behind the counter could use some attention. On a concerning note, we witnessed a young woman handling small white frozen pieces—perhaps bread—placing them on a baking sheet in the back. Unfortunately, the tray fell, spilling the product all over the dirty floor. She picked them up, placed them back on the baking sheet, and returned them to the oven, and this happened more than once. I almost grabbed my phone to capture the moment, but the cashier came to assist us. Honestly, we were shocked! What on earth is going on there? This experience has definitely given us pause, and we’ve decided to take a break from JM for a while.
The owner should be aware that the staff are not enforcing the mask policy. A young man entered without a mask, and the employees remained silent until I pointed it out, at which point an older woman also supported my concern. After both the woman and the young man left, the young employee made a phone call, and I believe she contacted the police, as an officer arrived right after I left the store. I am familiar with the mask regulations in San Bernardino County, and it's important for your employees to enforce these rules like other businesses do. Just a reminder, the virus is real and it hasn't disappeared.
I ordered the California club sub without any modifications through the app's delivery option, which was handled by DoorDash. Unfortunately, my sandwich did not have any avocado. This is the first mistake I've encountered at this location, and I’m quite disappointed since I was charged the full price for my sandwich and it didn’t include the avocado.
Tyler and Paulina were amazing! Immediately walking in we were greeted and felt comfortable enough to start a conversation. I've been a Jersey mikes customer for years, and I have never felt so comfortable and welcome. I will definitely make this store location the main location. We will be back soon!!!
The sandwiches here are fantastic—always fresh! The staff is friendly and dedicated to providing great service. The only downside is the parking situation, especially now that two new restaurants have opened in the small lot. Finding a parking spot on weekends can be particularly challenging.
Ordered the California club sub with no modifications via the delivery option in the app, which was executed by Door Dash. No avocado on my sandwich. First mistake I can recall from this location, I was charged the full amount for my sandwich, I?mdisappointed it didn?t have the avo.
Great staff and I always enjoy the food at Jersey Mike's. However it appears that this location doesn't have the powdery/cornmeal/sandy base on the bottom of the bread I personally like this base and the other location I usually go to has this at the bottom of the sandwich.
