Jersey Mike's Subs

Firstly, they messed up my order. When I noticed the mistake, I brought the sandwich back for them to remake it. While they did make a new one, the customer service I received was terrible. It was so bad that I felt compelled to leave a review, which led to a call from the staff member who served me, apologizing for his behavior. Secondly, they messed up my order again today. To make matters worse, I paid $9 for extra toppings that I did not receive. On top of that, the meat tasted off, leaving me concerned about its safety. Consistency is a good thing especially when food is involved. I've NEVER had a bad meal from Jersey Mike's... Unlike the other well known sub shop where you roll the dice on what kind of sub you will receive. I do hope that Mike's will offer a couple other topping choices one day. Other than that, one of the best sub shops around! Great for a quick lunch or anytime meal.

I just moved here from nj and have been told it depends on which Jersey Mike’s you go to when you’re out of state- tried this one right near my apartment and they do it right. Very happy with how our subs tasted, their turkey is my favorite of all and even their bread was right as I remember

After being evacuated from our home in superior and having no place to eat the morning staff here at jersey mikes lent a helping hand to us with a meal!!! The restaurant is always immaculate, and the staff members are incredibly friendly. I’ve never had a negative experience there! You all are exceptional and consistently exceed my expectations. Keep up the great work!

I just had a wonderful experience at the new Jersey Mike's on Kipling! The food and service were fantastic. The bread was soft and fresh, and the sandwiches were enormous!
