I give this place 3 stars because, while the sub was really good, there’s a downside. It was my first time at Jersey Mike's, and I would definitely choose it over Subway any day. However, the store owner or manager gave off a grumpy vibe. He seems unhappy, and it looks like his employees feel the same way. The atmosphere here is a bit off. I actually feel bad for the young staff; they seem miserable, likely influenced by their boss's attitude. The food is fantastic, but it would be nice if the atmosphere was more positive!
LOVE THE TEAM : I?ve been at this location a lot recently and they are just great! Tonight when I went there we even cracked some jokes which I adore! I always get the perfect sandwich, and I will continuously keep going back to this specific JerseyMike?s! Thanks to all the hard working employees that work at this location. I appreciate you!
I had a negative experience with Jersey Mike's Subs after they catered for my workplace, resulting in food poisoning for 6 out of 10 people. I cannot recommend this location. If I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service was very disappointing, and the manager was unhelpful and rude.
For the price I paid for two sandwiches, I expected them to be outstanding. Unfortunately, the roast beef was incredibly dry, and the first bite was so unpleasant that I couldn't finish it.
