Jersey Mike's menu is great, unfortunately the staff at this location leave a lot to be desired. I've come to accept the excessively long lines and slow service, but on a recent order, things went to a whole new level. One of my sandwiches was supposed to be without jalapeños. When I tasted the peppers in the sandwich, they were clearly in there. The person behind the counter opens the sandwich, picked through it with his hands and told me that it couldn't be, he made it himself. He then expected me to take the sandwich that he had just picked through. The restaurant experience has improved since the management changes eight months ago, as there was previously a toxic atmosphere due to an unsuitable manager. It seems that both customers and staff are enjoying a calmer environment now. However, there are ongoing issues with order accuracy; this is the second time in a month that my order has been incorrect. When I get home, the roll is usually soggy unless I request the oil and vinegar on the side, but tonight they forgot that for both sandwiches. I do tip, though it's not a high amount, and I expect my order to be correct, but unfortunately, two of us ended up with dry sandwiches this time. Excellent sandwiches but terrible service. I ordered 2 sandwiches on line for the following day. When I arrived at the specified time 11:00 am), they didn 't even know what I ordered. When I showed them the info on a print out and my phone, they shook their head and I assumed put me at the front of the pack. Not so lucky. Customers coming in and ordering received their sandwiches before me. I finally asked about my order and was told that they were understaffed. Hmmm. I received my order at 11:30, 30 minutes late! With no apology or anything. Very disappointed. Too bad their sandwiches are so good but their service sucks!

Second time I have been here at varying busy times, and today didn't seem too busy, but a normal lunch rush, with several people behind the counter working, I waited over 15 minutes for my Philly cheesesteak sub to come out of the oven and I had ordered it with extra peppers and onions and had two bites of the sandwich that had any pepper or onion at all. They left out 1 meat on the #13 at the Seal Beach store, the mar. Said he couldnt do any thing without the receipt but they didn't offer or give one to us. I will not go back there instradamento i will go to the Huntington Beach location. Furthermore, seal beach needs to clean this location i also found a tiny insect moving on the bread...

The sandwiches were messy, and the service was extremely slow. The only thing that came out quickly was the appearance of the sandwich. Additionally, the manager was rude and provided poor customer service. Food rating: 1/5.

It was really busy, but that’s to be expected during lunchtime. As a first-time visitor, I must say I’ll definitely be returning. The food was amazing! The customer service was also excellent. Thank you, SB location!
