Jersey Mike's Subs

Poor customer service. Placed online order for pickup. Arrived 10 min past promised pickup time but they still hadn't started my order. 10 minutes later I asked for an update after seeing 6 walkins order, pay, and leave with their food. Was told to be patient rudely . I pointed out they were moving new orders ahead of online orders there were 4 sandwiches waiting completion the whole time I was there but new orders continued to leapfrog those . Turns out my meal was one of those and I finally was given my meal 10 minutes later. 45 minutes past the time I placed the order, 20 minutes after I came in for the pickup. And I had prepaid plus a 20 tip. Won't go back there again.

low customer service. it took 45 minutes for an online order. at least 6 foot-ins are served and left while waiting for my order. was very rudely treated when I asked for an update on my order, was caught and said to be patient! they finally saw them make my sandwich, it was in the queue for the entire 30 minutes I stood there, wait there to be finished, but they moved the walk in front of my sandwich. I had already paid and included a 20 tipp! but it didn't matter to them. has filed a complaint online about my experience with jersey mikes, which has also gone unanswered, they obviously don't give d about customer service. I'm not going back.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was not greeted and observed that they prioritized fulfilling online orders before addressing walk-in customers. It was unclear if they would even assist us. When they finally started taking orders, they made multiple sandwiches simultaneously and ended up getting my order wrong. I would not recommend this location due to the complete lack of customer service.

I ordered a number 43 the chipotle cheesesteak and when I went to the checkout the receipt said 42 the lady said it was just a mistake on her end and she would make the correct one. When I got home the order was a 42 and not what I paid for, over all it was just super annoying. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm hoping it's just this restaurant that switched the bread otherwise I don't know how much more Jersey Mikes are we eating the bread was very dry I did not care for the new bread

Great subs! I love the BLT...crispy bacon and fresh bread. I go through phases with subs and sub shops and this one is my current fave!

Upon entering, I was greeted by Ben. The staff at this restaurant is very friendly. I will definitely be returning soon.

Great shop. They gave us great portions of meat for our subs.
