They communicate swiftly, clearly, and effectively, showing that someone has taught them the significance of customer service and a strong work ethic. The Famous Philly sandwich I ordered was spot on, and the seating area was tidy. On a Saturday afternoon, there was minimal foot traffic. Even though the store was clean and not crowded, I would suggest opting for delivery, as the fast pace of their service made me eat a bit faster than usual. Parking is convenient at this location. In the meantime, I reached out to DoorDash to explain the situation and decided to request a refund for my order. Hannah called me back and informed me that she had also spoken with DoorDash; my order was refunded, but she wanted to make it right. So, she had our sandwiches remade and delivered to our house! This was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. To top it all off, when we received the order, not only was there a sweet note from Hannah, but there were also two sub cards included! It's Jersey Mike's, so if you enjoy this type of sub, you're in for a treat as they all pretty much taste the same. What sets this location apart is the staff. I've never visited when they weren't cheerful and enjoying themselves. While I wouldn’t describe the atmosphere as particularly good—thanks to corporate America turning everything into a sort of circus—the authenticity of the employees and the light-heartedness they bring to an otherwise mundane day make it a great alternative to Subway.

I absolutely love this place! The sandwiches are delicious, and the staff is incredible! They’ll customize anything for you. This week, I combined a #9 and a #13 to create a single sandwich, and it was fantastic!

Came in yesterday there was a lady and 2 guys that were working, they were busy but took the time to greet me and how the day was going and the sandwich was amazing thank you crew
