My husband and I received a gift card for Christmas that specifically shows as redeemable at Jersey Mike's. I tried to use it on the app a few weeks ago but kept getting an error. Ended up having to pay for our $27+ food order out of pocket. I contact Jersey Mike's support and give them the card information and the rep tells me that they believe I need to use this gift card in store. The family loves to go to Jersey Mikes. Fresh bread, fresh food, and clean atmosphere. Today Anna Adam’s spoke to my teenage daughter in the most disrespectful way. It was so uncomfortable we stayed silent. Anna then bullied my 14 year old by making fun of how she ordered her sandwich. This was my daughter’s 2nd time in the physical location. The rest of the staff was pleasant and could feel the awkwardness from Anna’s customer service. This is without a doubt the best Jersey Mike’s I have had the pleasure of eating at. The young ladies behind the counter greeted me with a smile and took my order. Every employee was in a uniform and hat, very clean and seemed to really enjoy working here. I hope they are well compensated. My food was perfect and very fresh. Restaurant was clean and very busy when I was there at 1 pm on a Thursday. I stopped going to many Jersey Mike’s restaurants because the service is terrible. All Jersey Mike’s locations should come and learn about customer service and cleanliness at this location in belair Maryland. I’ll be back!!!
Im writing this review because when i was ordering a turkey and provolone sub recently, the employee seemed and acted rude like I did something bad to him and overall was very disrespectful. he was a 5ft8in, pale, male, and had brown hair. i will be going to another store and no longer go to this one. i suggest if you are reading this you do the same.

I love jersey mikes but this location has underperformed. This is my 3rd consecutive order where the bread is old, tough, stale. There is like no meat on it either. Hoping corporate sees this and comes and whips this place back into shape. Fresh bread and a reasonable amount of lunchmeat is all I expect.
The food was alright but the employee working was a very rude person. He acted like it was an inconvenience to serve me and was annoyed the entire time. I think his name was Hunter you guys need to remove him from your staff or more customers will stop coming just like me.
This guy at the front desk I got his name it was Hunter Thomas. There is a list on how many bad things he did. They need to find new employees soon or they won’t be in business.
While 1 employe was on tip of things the others were goofing off. Then mopped the floor while we were eating then walking out.
