I used to visit this restaurant twice a week until I moved away, often placing large orders. Although I noticed the staff occasionally seemed flustered with multiple requests, they always handled everything well and remained very professional. Each visit was a pleasant experience. I'm not sure why some are playing the race card without credible evidence; just because there's a video of an employee asserting their right to refuse service doesn’t mean there was a valid reason captured. That's just hearsay. My experiences have consistently been positive. I give it 5 stars.
The Tukwila location has quickly become my favorite spot for sandwiches! They are generous with the meat and the prices are fair. I personally enjoy cucumbers on my sandwiches, which unfortunately they didn’t have available. Additionally, the chip selection didn’t include Lay's BBQ flavor during my visit. However, the place was clean, including the restroom, and the service was fast. On top of that, they have a fun promotion called "a cookie for a rookie," where I got a cookie just for trying it out!
I've been visiting this Jersey Mike's about once a week for at least six months, possibly even a year. Their sandwiches are fantastic, whether hot or cold; I usually go for the hot Philly. I've noticed that the staff has been gradually improving their service, and it's noticeably better than it was six months ago. They're friendlier and appear to be much more organized and efficient. Thanks for all the delicious subs—I’ll see you next week!
